The truth did care about your feelings
Incisions are for healing, so when you wield incisive truths, take care that sharpened points you know do more than leave a wound.
And when you work with rapier wit, or hone your many arguments, beware the words you weave as whips, the soulless sort, unincarnate.
Any fact can “make a stand”, goad lambs down trauma paths to hell, but the Truth, when He became a man, listened, wept, and made us well.
So heed: not every sword is of the Spirit, least of all the edge that scatters the wayward sheep, who learn to fear it, as it cuts them with the lie: “your hurts don’t matter.”
